Meet Dr. Roe

Joshua R. Roe, M.D. is a board-certified, fellowship-trained ophthalmologist at The Eye Institute of West Florida, serving patients in Largo, FL. Dr. Roe specializes in cornea and refractive surgery.

Dr. Roe spent the first part of his career in the Air Force where he was the Director of the Cornea & Refractive Surgery services at Madigan Army Medical Center. He received multiple teaching awards while there and performed hundreds of corneal transplants and thousands of refractive surgery procedures.

He continues to be active in the field academically publishing both research and review articles.
